　　Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Be actively enrolled in a New York State college, university, or graduate program, or be a resident of New York State, attending a college, university, or graduate program outside of New York State.- Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university (completion of one year's worth of academic credits over a longer period may qualify part-time students for participation in the program) or be a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program.- Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or the letter grade equivalent.- Must be able to work at least part-time summer (10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity to work fall and spring depending on availability); full-time summer hours preferred.Preferred Qualifications:- Preferred Major(s): Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Science, Project Management, or Business Analyst - Basic understanding of E/R Diagram, Data Modeling, Data oriented programming language (R, Python, SQL), Data visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI), SDLC, Java/C#, JavaScript.Please be advised that the New York State Insurance Fund does not offer sponsorship for employment visas to employees or potential employees. 　　Duties Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Write SQL queries to perform data extraction, aggregation, and quality checks, develop Spotfire reports, test functionalities of existing Spotfire reports and suggest improvements, conduct research on Data Governance, Data catalog and assist the team with creating tools for Data compliance.
