　　Your Role

　　In your role as Contract Logistics Information Specialist you will play a key role to secure smooth operations and development.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Ensurepeak performance of warehouse management applications, handlinginstallations and new releases.

　　Providehands-on support, training, and troubleshooting for administrative andoperational users.

　　Shapea customized TMS and WMS structure, perfectly aligning with customer needsand operational processes and define relevant reports and queries.

　　Bethe Information Systems ambassador during new customer implementations,covering configuration, testing, and go-live support.

　　Driveseamless data flow with the implementation of EDI Mapping between Kuehneand Nagel and our customers.

　　Collaboratewith Business Development to enhance the RFQ process.

　　Elevateour operational efficiency and client interactions in this dynamicInformation Systems role and collaborate with colleagues across different departments, sites and countries.

　　Your Skills and Experiences

　　2-3 years work experiencein IT administration and IT related studies or adequate experience in anIT-related environment.

　　Backgroundin warehouse activities and transport planning in operational orsupporting functions as well as with related management systems;

　　Showcase strong organizational andadministrative skills, fuelled by a self-motivated approach;

　　Demonstrate an analytical andlogical mindset, emphasizing structured workflows and diligent follow-up;

　　Contribute effectively to ourcollaborative environment with good interpersonal and communicationskills;

　　Knowledge of WMS, Excellentskills in MS Office and other reporting tools; e.g. Business Objects; experience with EDI is beneficial;

　　Enrich our team with languageproficiency in English; German or French are advantageous;

　　Occasional business travels are required (e.g. due to implementation or training support).
