Summary:
Provides technical assistance and support to end users of IT delivery system hardware, software, and networks (voice, video, and data) to resolve end-user computing problems at the end-user’s location. P rovid e guidance on effective use of delivery systems products and services. Utilizes knowledge of Windows desktop computing systems hardware, software, and/or network systems or components to resolve issues.
Applies knowledge of high-end, specialized-capability, or personal-productivity-type components located in the immediate user/customer area (e.g., scientific and engineering workstations, personal computers, network configuration s, etc.), including the hardware architecture, software architecture, tools, and interfaces applicable to the specific products and services being provided, to assigned projects. Uses knowledge of applicable computing disciplines (e.g., change configuration, problem, performance, and operational management, etc.) to ensure that customer delivery systems requirements are met in a cost-effective manner that complies with company standards, policies, and procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Uses knowledge of multiple information technologies such as computer systems infrastructure, application and system engineering activities involving design, requirements, development, analysis, implementation, integration, programming, or administrative and planning skills to provide task execution and / or leadership and technical guidance across information technology.
Depending on experience, develops plans, establishes , and monitors progress on projects within a variety of IT department activities toward tactical objectives and goals.
Initiates projects by participating in planning and implementation activities such as work/organization breakdown structure development and responsibility assignment matrix development to meet internal or external requirements.
Gathers and develops estimates.
Controls costs through effective allocation of equipment, software, materials, and other resources, and utilizes established project management methodologies.
Evaluates resolves or elevates to management as needed disputes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as contractual and regulatory mandates.
Qualifications
Required:
Perform periodic hardware analysis of computer hardware and software using available technology and testing tools.
Respond to all computer-related issues and provide technical support to all staff members.
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
Good understanding of computer equipment, including laptops, servers, printers, and routers.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A creative thinker with good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
Strong interpersonal c ommunications skills

Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA A+ and Network Plus preferred
Experience with Service Now, Maximo, Microsoft Azures, Windows Operating Systems
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
At least 4- 5 years of experience as a Computer Technician and/or Network technician in a similar role
