Overview

　　The position of enterprise data integration DevSecOps lead will lead DDH/Informatica Integration team to deliver and support multiple strategic initiatives like FLNA PGT, Mosaic, and LATAM Conectados, etc.

　　The position will be responsible for driving the development and sustain of these programs built on the global DDH and Informatica Cloud Integration platform. The position requires to have broad data integration and ETL development expertise with strong interpersonal skills who can provide technical thought leadership to effectively influence other leaders and employees.

　　Responsibilities

　　Support the agenda of the FLNA PGT Value Stream teams and Integration Scrum teamProvide architectural guidance to sector IT teams to aid their consumption of Integration services and ensure adherence to integration patterns/standardsPartner with agile development teams to influence application modernization and migration to cloud platformsPartner with architects, platform engineering, application managers, project managers, and infrastructure teams to drive the right Integration architecture design for the programCollaborate with key business lines, technology partners, vendors and architects and manage commitments with proper communication to stakeholdersExperienced with agile development methodology (i.e. SAFe Agile)Ensure Service Excellence and SLA commitments Resolving issues that might come up during program delivery and sustainUnderstand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of the change control processProvide leadership, oversight, mentorship, and guidance to team for ensuring timely resolutions and preventive maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines with an IT emphasis is requiredPractical experience (10+ years) working a job in complex institutions10+ years experience with enterprise integration solution design and implementation8+ years of Informatica/IICS experience3+ years leading development or sustain team2+ years experience with XML, JSON, JMS, SQL, and Rest APIs10+ years experience with enterprise integration solution design and implementation8+ years of Informatica/IICS experience3+ years leading development or sustain team2+ years experience with XML, JSON, JMS, SQL, and Rest APIsExperience with Agile, Git, Azure release pipeline, AppDynamics a plus.Strong team-player with proven experience and a willingness to take ownership of a topic and successfully bring it to completion. Strong leadership and a pragmatic approach during emergency situationsAvailable off hours, periodically, to support planned maintenance windows and crisis resolutionDemonstrated balance of strategic vision and execution skills.
