Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Value Chain Analyst will be directly responsible for leading the cross-functional and collaborative customer forecasting, replenishment, and promotion planning as assigned to specific customers. This person will be accountable for quality of customer service, influencing cross functional partners, mentoring Customer Account Specialists (CAS) and driving compliance to KPIs related to team's customer network, including, but not limited to customer fine mitigation, improved fill rates, on-time delivery, reduced out of stocks, and waste mitigation.
Your Impact
As GBS Value Chain Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Lead Cross-Functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Planning, Transportation, etc in support of specific assigned warehouse delivered customer accountsLead Customer's meetings: Performance Meetings (Promo Reviews, Fill Rate, On-time Performance, General Issues)Provide mentoring, and coaching to Customer Account Specialist (CAS) ensuring timely release of all orders to the warehouse and quality of customer service - executing actionsKeep CIC dotted line Sr Manager/Director informed and abreast of any customer service issues that could warrant further discussion or require support - executing actionsCollaborate with US based Value Chain Analysts on best practices and improvements to aspects of cross-functional and customer facing leadershipServe as an escalation point for Customer Service issues in support of Team Supervisor - internal and external - providing consultation and executing actionsCollaborate cross functionally sharing updates to ensure team has broad view of product lifecycle, Supply Chain challenges, and visibility to daily/weekly customer objectives/performance - executing actionsEnsure clear understanding of assigned customers' agendas and drive team compliance to adherence - executing actionsBuild a collaborative relationship with some of our partners in the Sales Team by providing visibility on customer opportunities.
Who Are We Looking For?
EducationExperienceWritten & Verbal Fluency in EnglishBA/BS degree with 2-3 plus years of experience in Order Management, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or TransportationStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to needs of audienceProven customer facing skills and customer service mindsetStrong problem solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skillsCritical thinking skills with analytical and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to develop and lead project teams in an agile environmentInnovation mindset with willingness to adapt and integrate new technology, processes, and ideas to drive efficiencyProficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)SAP, Power BI and Tableau experience a plus
