This position gives you the opportunity to assist in the administration of a program for the creation and maintenance of agency position descriptions, as well as the processing of supervisory change requests for positions.   DESCRIPTION OF WORK

  As an entry-level analyst, you will provide consultative services to agency managers, supervisors, and human resource (HR) liaisons regarding the proper development and maintenance of position descriptions for a variety of positions and job titles. You will have the opportunity to evaluate supervisory reporting relationship change requests to determine appropriateness of proposed supervisory structure, funding, physical work location, and span of control. Effective communication is key as you will be consulting with Bureau of Organization Management staff to address questions or concerns.

  Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.AWS (alternate work schedule) may be available.

  Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.   QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor's degree; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the .
