Job Description

　　SWX Construction is a fast-growing company that values integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. We specialize in commercial and industrial facilities, especially in the food processing sector. We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with a background in Industrial project delivery to join our team and help us deliver successful projects to our clients.

　　· Oversee daily jobsite activities.

　　· Daily reporting to project managers regarding project schedules and staffing.

　　· Manage teams of tradesman to ensure project success.

　　· Coordinate with project owners and other contractors as required.

　　· Develop and maintain positive client relationships.

　　· This position will require travel and overnight stays for the duration of each jobsite

　　Skills and Requirements

　　· 2+ years in Industrial Construction or Food Processing Facilities

　　· Proven Track record of successful Industrial projects of $250K or more.

　　· Seeking candidates with piping/plumbing (mechanical), Millwright, and Concrete, metal stud framing, IMP wall erection (CSA disciplines) experience.

　　· Knowledge of applicable codes relating to general construction.

　　· Proficient with current technologies and software:

　　o Microsoft Office

　　o Adobe PDF

　　o Email

　　o AutoCAD (a plus)

　　o Procore (a plus)

　　· Must be able to read and interpret construction blueprints · Bilingual

　　· Experience within food processing and other sanitary facilities preferred. null
