　　Essential Job Duties:

　　Ability to run and operate an industrial sewing machine.Ability to start, stop, and control the speed of the machine with foot pedals.Ability to troubleshoot basic sewing machine problems and fix simple issues.Ability to thread machine, replace bobbins, replace needles, etc.Ability to work with leather. Be able to mark out stitch line and stitch the leather.Ability to work with hand tools; knives, pliers, screw drivers, and scissors.Be able to meet daily quotas.Be able to work well with their hands.Have the ability to sit for long periods of time.Have the willingness to learn multiple tasks.Have the ability to follow basic instructions.Background Check:
