Saint Joseph High School in Martinsburg, W.Va., is seeking a principal. We are searching for a dynamic, mission-driven, forward-thinking principal who will work with our team to create a new Catholic high school for students in grades nine to 12 that will open for the 2025-26 academic year. Salary range is $60,000 to 68,000 depending upon experience. We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to excellence through diversity. Candidates must be practicing Catholics in good standing with church precepts and act as examples and motivators toward the fulfillment of the Catholic philosophy of the school. The ideal candidate will have a masters degree in educational leadership or administration; begin the process of completing that degree requirement; or hold a valid educational leadership certificate from the state of West Virginia or be eligible for such certification. Candidates also must have a minimum of three years of successful educational experience; administrative experience is preferred.
