Job Description Industrial Services Quoting Support 1801 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987 HEADA Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm Up to 28 hours/week OVERVIEW: Working as Part-time Industrial Services Quoting Support, you will support our Quoters by organizing data, generating and administering reports, providing quoting support, assisting with driving overall efficiencies to the quoting process. You will assist with the daily quoting process for our Industrial Service Centers. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Organizing data to prepare for quoting o Running quotation data to provide ongoing metrics and analytics o Providing support to the quoting team to increase efficiencies o Providing internal communication support on open quotes o Conducting data integrity projects o Generating and providing reports as needed for internal customers REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient computer skills o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field of study OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market o Prior quoting, inside sales or customer service work experience ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
