　　The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Industrial Security Manager (Level K) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA .

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI, SAP and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieves all operational goals.

　　Lead and mentor employees performing security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conducting security inquiries, overseeing compliance assessments implementation security controls protecting personnel, information and equipment.

　　Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company program operations.

　　Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.

　　Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

　　Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

　　Assist with team members' professional development and growth.

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

　　Shift:

　　This position is for 1st shift

　　Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:

　　This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

　　5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI

　　Security certifications (CPP, CPSO, FSO, PSO, etc.)

　　Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP) information, or other restricted-level access

　　Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 6 years

　　3+ years of demonstrated experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

　　Willingness to obtain a Government Sponsored Polygraph

　　Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Masters degree + 5 years of relevant security-related work experience or Bachelors and 6+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI

　　3+ years of Project Management experience

　　3+ years of demonstrable experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment

　　3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

　　Relocation:

　　Travel:

　　Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
