　　We are offering a \$5000 sign on bonus for new hires. The bonus ispaid out in \$2500 following completion of 90 days and \$2500 atcompletion of 180 days.*

　　Position Description:

　　The Refrigeration Maintenance will ensure the safe and efficientoperation of the manufacturing plant refrigeration system, BoilerSystem, Air Compressors and Hot Water System. This position will beresponsible to perform the required daily preventative maintenancetasks, inspections, testing, troubleshooting and repairs of the plantrefrigeration, boiler, air compressor and hot water equipment along withits components.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Assure that all safety precautions and health hazards with ammoniaare followed per Tyson requirements.Ensure compliance with state, federal and local agencies, includingbut not limited to OSHA and the EPA.Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot and repair the following:HOWDEN, SULLAIR, & MYCOM Ammonia Compressors, condensers, valvestations.Heat exchangers, pump packages, liquid ammonia pumpsAir units, refrigeration PLC and all control components.BoilersAir CompressorsHot Water SystemMaintain these components in the best operating condition to provideadequate temperatures required by Food Industry Standards.{=html}<>- Participate as an Emergency Response Team Member.- Other duties as assigned

　　Other Skills and Abilities

　　Ability to understand and follow specific verbal and writteninstructions and procedures.Effective communications skills, including specification/technicalwriting skills.Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.Ability to move from one area of production to another.Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing andable to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without areasonable accommodation.

　　Requirements:

　　Must be willing and able to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.The Team Member will regularly be required to stand, stoop, climbladders, change work levels, twist, squat, climb stairs, reach,push, pull, and move about the facility.The Team Member will work in temperatures between 30-100 degreesFahrenheit.Requirements:

　　1 year industrial maintenance, electrical training and 1 year ofammonia refrigeration or HVAC operator experience.Experience working with Anhydrous Ammonia systems, includingmechanical & electrical repairs Ammonia Response Training preferred.Must be able to obtain SCBA certification and use fully encapsulatedchemical suit in emergency.Must be able to travel and attend training 1-2 trips per year.Must be able to pass IIAR Training modules for ammoniarefrigeration.Must have PSM experience.Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimumrehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times ofemployment.
