　　Industrial Mechanic-12 Hour 7pm-7am Shift ONLY

　　Pay Rate :

　　$32.85 per hour with a chance to progress to $37.39 per hour after hire

　　$81,000+ average yearly earningSign on Bonus : $2,000

　　$1000 after 30 days:

　　$500 after 6 months

　　$500 after 1 year

　　Category/Shift :

　　12 hour fixed shifts (3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

　　2-2-3 schedule (48 hours one week and 36 hours the next with every other weekend off)

　　Savannah Container- Box Plant

　　1201 West Lathrop Ave

　　Savannah, GA 31415

　　The Job You Will Perform:

　　Repair, modify, and overhaul all mechanical equipment including: pneumatic, hydraulic machine tools, gear driven, and equipment

　　Correct malfunctions in hydraulic, vacuum and compressed air systems and adjust general controls and regulators

　　Maintain a wide variety of specialized equipment such as: Flexo Die Cutter, Corrugator, etc

　　Machines, brazes, welds, and solders parts as required

　　Produce precision metal parts using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and spindles

　　Installs and commissions of new equipment

　　Read and interpret diagrams and blue prints

　　Maintain plant PM procedures

　　Coordinate with other trades to minimize interruption and down time on equipment

　　Some electrical knowledge/experience

　　Minimum of 2-4 years of industrial mechanic experience-preferably in a manufacturing environment

　　Basic computer skills

　　Troubleshooting expertise

　　Mechanical knowledge

　　Some electrical knowledge/experience

　　Have own basic tools
