Weston & Sampson is currently looking for entry level Transportation Engineers. The candidate will be exposed to a variety of assignments in the field and in the office.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Responsible for providing support to our transportation staff to help meet client deliverables

　　Exposed to a variety of assignments and thus must be flexible in terms of handling multiple assignments

　　Assist the Senior Engineer with engineering studies, designs, and specifications, and will visit job sites to perform project tasks as directed by the Senior Engineer

　　May be required to perform on-site sample collection/field work that may include oversight of contractors and subcontractors

　　Prepare traffic, roadway and other site engineering design, contribute to technical reports and proposals, assist with development of contract documents for public bidding, etc.

　　Perform other project tasks as directed by the project manager and senior engineer. Which may include preparation of and participation in training programs or seminars

　　What you will bring:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering

　　Production support experience including report preparation and CAD operations

　　Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus) and Bentley Microstation (InRoads/OpenRoads a plus)

　　EIT is preferred

　　Valid driver’s license
