Do you have a natural knack for working with your hands and troubleshooting mechanical components? Join us as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in our in San Jose, CA plant. You'll collaborate with an upbeat, hard-working, and diverse team to keep our plant running smoothly, and continuously improve our machinery and maintenance department!

　　This position pays $35.04 per hour with up to 3 weeks of vacation upon hire and will either be a 2nd (2:45p-10:45p) or 3rd (10:45p-6:45a) shift.

　　A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

　　Conducting Preventative Maintenance   – Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment and industrial ovens in our cookie bakery. You’ll aim for excellence every day, helping us bring the best to families.

　　Ensuring Performance Efficiency   – Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and change-overs. You’ll facilitate production and quickly respond to equipment breakdowns. We’re looking for someone who brings dedication to the table!

　　Following Best Practices   – Understand, follow and enforce all established guidelines. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with all safety, health, quality and company policies, procedures and recognized practices.   You’ll help us keep delivering success, one cookie at a time.

　　Your Recipe for Success

　　High school diploma or GED

　　Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

　　Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day

　　Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting
