　　We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Miami. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems. 　　Responsibilities

　　Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment, including lathes, drills, mills, and other specialized equipment.

　　Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems, and make necessary repairs or adjustments.

　　Use a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

　　Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify equipment problems and make repairs.

　　Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

　　Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

　　Work with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that equipment is running efficiently, safely, and reliably.

　　Follow all safety protocols and ensure that work area is kept clean and organized.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
