About Incident Response Team Analyst (Law Enforcement), EMEA

  Summary:

  Meta is seeking a motivated, highly-organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our Law Enforcement Incident Response Team.The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent judgment, and exceptional partnering skills.   Required Skills:

  Incident Response Team Analyst (Law Enforcement), EMEA Responsibilities:

  Bring operational excellence to a team that evaluates threat, risk and user privacy in response to time critical emergency escalations with quality, speed and accuracy.

  Review and assess high volumes of inbound emergency escalations and make dynamic, fast paced decisions based on analysis of a variety of complex factors whilst adhering to applicable laws, terms of service and internal policies.

  Work with sensitive issues and graphic content which may include child exploitation, violence, self-injury and suicide and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.

  Respond clearly and effectively to process and policy questions from law enforcement, government agencies, and internal partners over the phone and in writing.

  Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes across teams.

  Availability to work weekends on a rotational basis or on a regular schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, as required.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in investigative or analytical roles

  Self-starter requiring minimal direction

  Proven ability to analyse information to assess threat and risk and to make effective decisions independently using sound judgement and rationale

  Proven ability to make complex decisions independently and multi-task under pressure, responding quickly to changing situations in complex environments without compromising quality

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be able to adapt communication style to suit different stakeholders like cross-functional teams and law enforcement

  Experience with social media, analytical tools and online research

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Direct experience in handling emergency response escalations

  Experience with Crisis Management, Government Agencies or Law Enforcement

  Multiple language proficiency

  Industry: Internet
