　　Job location: near Lucerne

　　Job duration: permanent.

　　Qualifications:

　　• Up to 2 years’ experience in Export and/or Import Activities in pharma.

　　• Project management skills.

　　• Flexible and team-oriented.

　　• Diligent and quality oriented.

　　• Structured and proactive working attitude.

　　• Experience with SAP is a plus.

　　• English and German (verbal and written) at professional working level.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Coordination, organization and controlling of temperature controlled Air and Groundtransportation of national and international Shipments.

　　Coordination and planning of Shipping activities in close collaboration ship with the internal andexternal Requestor.

　　Contact Person for Export / Import questions.

　　Check and Control of Compliance aspects (as Export/Import Licenses, Global Trade

　　Compliance, good distribution practices GDP, etc.).

　　Generating shipping documents (as Proforma Invoice, Pick lists, dangerous goods Certificates,etc.) or Import documents.

　　Support the Import Group for Import activities (cross trained).Work permit: valid for Switzerland

　　Start date: as soon as possible.
