Worker Designation – This role ishybrid.This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Tampa, FL or Columbus, Ga for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
• Experience with onboarding customer’s employer insurance products
• Strong product knowledge and experience working with employer provided insurance product offerings
• Strong understanding of and experience working with employer insurance contracts and service agreements
• Demonstrates strong consultative skills and the ability to influence constituents, both internal and external.
• Project Management expertise required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Aflac standard product offerings and onboarding policies and procedures
• Experience with executive level reporting & escalation.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work virtually with cross-functional business units and vendors to support the customer’s needs.
• Represents a professional image of the company.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree In a related field
5-7 years minimum industry experience
5 years minimum experience working directly with customers and employees.
5 or more years’ experience related to employer provided insurance products.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Proactively identifies team training and development needs, and develops a training program for the team based on those needs
• Proactively identifies team tool revisions and annual updates; implements tool updates and revisions by collaborating with internal partners
• Maintains consistent updates to the team of account services policies and procedures • Provides annual and routine training on tools to the implementation team • Leads retrospective discussions to identify process improvements for account services teams and leads process changes
• Identifies account services process issues, research said issues, accurately identifies root causes and generates solutions
• Supports Implementation Managers and Account Executive (AE) in researching and understanding the impacts of non-standard benefits and/or processes
• Proactively identifies and escalates customer and plan design issues for resolution
• Participates in finalist meetings as needed and facilitates finalist meeting training for the team
• Initiates and maintains partnerships with others throughout the organization such as IT, to assist with requirements gathering, testing, and regression analysis, and other business needs as required
• Encourages cooperation by promoting common goals and building trust
• Inspires, supports, and initiates cross-functional activities within account services
• Attends and participates in select customer meetings as appropriate to discuss feedback and/or needed process enhancements
• Performs other related duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is 48,000 to 110,000.
