　　We’re looking for a driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic Manufacturing Associate to join our team of experts in custom hose building at our Dyersville, IA location. This position will report to the Branch Manager and Assembly Lead and is responsible for the assembly of hydraulic hoses and will assist in the day-to-day production activities.

　　Full Time Pay: $15.00 per hour for initial two-month period, then $16 per hour

　　Potential pay increases based on work performance

　　Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

　　Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associate:

　　Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.

　　Monitor quality processes.

　　Complete and submit inspection paperwork.

　　Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

　　Safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed).

　　Keeping records of inventory.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications for the Manufacturing Associate:

　　Requires ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.

　　Mechanical aptitude.

　　Must possess the ability to apply basic math skills.

　　Must be able to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.

　　Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.

　　Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
