Job Description

Senior-level implementation professional who performs high-profile, complex, or very large implementations in addition to providing leadership and assistance to the other members of the implementation team. Responsible for driving client strategy and ensuring large the client is driving the most value from the system as possible.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, other Oracle Health stakeholders to ensure alignment of product recommendations to improve client outcomes.

Product Research - Conducting analysis to identify where opportunities to improve client outcomes exist internally as well as understanding competitive landscape to inform client roadmap.

Stakeholder Engagement- Communicating client Roadmap vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders to gain feedback and concurrence on path forward.

Performance Metrics - Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and iterate on roadmap recommendations based on user feedback and data analysis.

Project Management Oversight– Oversee escalation for critical project execution and ensure project teams have resources necessary to complete scope of work contracted.

Documentation - Accountable for collaborating across workstreams to maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including client Council roadmaps, value narratives and other critical project communications.

Process Management - Develop and maintain processes necessary to ensure continuous development of client strategy and program communication.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
