  Job Description:

  JOB SUMMARY :

  The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to coordinate cross functional initiatives maintaining, generating and growing revenue. This position will help implement customer-centric integrated process and strategy across multiple functions including AR/AP, Customer Care, Accounting, Sales and Marketing. Supports finance management on key projects and analyses to achieve financial and business goals. The successful candidate will be highly resourceful, deliver results, practice continuous improvement, comfortable working cross-functionally, and possess a strong set of analytical and communication skills.

  PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Analyze and reconcile global portfolio revenue.

  Manage the Accounts Receivable/collection team.

  Develop tools to develop price realization.

  Perform pricing analysis and portfolio positioning.

  Collaborate with Customer teams for customer specific pricing.

  Develop and sustain customer pricing strategy and contractual agreements.

  Lead customer terms and collections analysis impact on Cash Flow.

  Support Marketing customer segmentation analysis and competitive positioning.

  Support the Budgeting process for Implant Direct and VALUE Business Unit and support the Strategic Plan process.

  Support monthly financial close process in analyzing and delivering accurate financial results while providing explanations for key revenue and expense variances.

  Prepare Revenue reporting requirement packages and presentations.

  Support the Accounting Team by providing monthly accruals and supplemental information as needed.

  Provide regular sales tracking and reporting.

  Interface with Senior Management, Department Managers, and key stakeholders to gain. understanding of key revenue and cost opportunities.

  Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

  Job Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field or 4+ years of relevant Revenue/Growth Operations experience in lieu of education

  3+ years supervisory or people leadership experience.

  3+ years’ finance experience

  Proficient using Excel, including advance formulas (SumIfs and Pivot Tables).

  Proficient using ERP systems (Oracle, Syteline, SAP).

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  MBA preferred.

  Financial reporting software experience such as Hyperion Enterprise or HFM preferred.

  CRM software experience.

  Target Market Salary Range:

  Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

  $109,500 - $135,000
