We are looking to hire multiple HVAC Installers to our team due to the start of several projects this month, with a full year of work ahead as well. We work on a mixture of residential and commercial projects in the Greater Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Washington County and have a full year of work booked out given the need to expand our crews.

　　Our projects range anywhere from new construction commercial apartments, retail projects, restaurants, hotels, residential homes, and much more. Those hired will install various types of heating and air units depending on the project, work with ductwork if newer to the field, and have the opportunity to work into lead and foremen positions given the long term career opportunity with a growth path.

　　We offer weekly pay with medical, health, dental, and vision insurance. Our pay can range between $18-$40 per hour to start (experience dependent).

　　Those interested must have the following:

　　At least 1-2 years of professional HVAC experience (pay determined by experience)

　　EPA certifications are a plus but not required

　　Awareness / appreciation of job site safety

　　Pride in workmanship

　　Good communication skills, reliable, accountable

　　Drivers license / Reliable transportation
