Description

　　The Support Specialist will be responsible in managing image quality assurance tasks, leveraging robust analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective measures. The role assumes responsibility for final file quality by accurately assessing compliance according to specifications, demonstrating attention to detail, and displaying adaptability to updated instructions. The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, ability to work independently, navigate decision-driven workflows proficiently, and effectively utilize internal tools for data tracking.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Perform Quality Audits: Plan and execute audits across different departments and processes to evaluate compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and regulations.

　　• Assess Compliance: Review and evaluate internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

　　• Evaluate Documentation: Examine documentation and records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.

　　• Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of non-compliance and quality issues, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

　　• Drive Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose process improvements that optimize efficiency and quality throughout the organization.

　　• Prepare Audit Reports: Generate comprehensive audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present them to management and relevant stakeholders.

　　• Provide Training and Education: Deliver training and support to employees regarding quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

　　• Monitor Follow-up Actions: Track and oversee implementation of corrective actions resulting from audits to ensure effective resolution of identified issues.

　　• Foster Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulations, and quality management trends to continuously improve audit processes and methodologies.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.

　　• Experience: Possess 5+ years of relevant working experience in areas such as Quality Assurance, Auditing, or a related field.

　　• Certification (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar qualifications are a plus.
