Overview
To compile, research, analyze, and document data, requirements, workflow/ processes, functionality, and controls for their respective ETS group. To develop and evaluate information and prepare recommendations based on analysis for decision-making. To support the respective ETS group's functions, projects, and activities. Identity & Access Management: Responsible for the operational implementation and maintenance of access control policies and processes to ensure optimal security of user authentication (both internal and outside users), access rights, access restrictions, account profiles, and passwords.
Responsibilities
Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service-specific practices, standards, and metrics/statistics.Interpret results of analysis; present recommendations, including alternatives and implications.Collaborate with other business units to analyze and improve processing procedures and resolve problems.Analyze policy, procedure, and product changes; determine the impact on the group functions.Identify and analyze opportunities for new or improved processes, data, or technology; provide a clear picture of possible outcomes.Work with peers, business units, project teams, and vendors to ensure that business needs are fully communicated, documented, and satisfied.Compile, review, and prepare data to be used by analysts and management to analyze operations, services, and products.Conduct benchmarking, trend analysis and other input to drive continuous improvement and elevate service performance.Analyze information to produce analytically driven inferences and hypotheses to generate actionable recommendations.Solve business problems by defining the problem, interviewing stakeholders, identifying and evaluating alternatives, and presenting findings.Monitor and analyze team key performance indicators and establish processes and methodologies for preventative measures.As necessary and independently, assist with manual access requests assigned to the team queue.Coordinate response for escalated urgent issues or access outages, including engagement with non-IAM teams.Work with IAM Engagement Services and Business Units to onboard new applications or transition provisioning efforts to IAM.Work with IAM and Business Unit teams to test and validate new application support.Participate as POC/SME in IAM audits, presenting evidence to auditors as required.Coach and assist junior team members as necessary. As requested by management, provide input related to team member counseling sessions.Ensure compliance with Navy Federal Credit Union ETS standards and best practices.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience in IT solution creation and delivery with increased business intelligence.Experience working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Exposure to translating business requirements into technical solutions.Effective skills in maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills.Effective skills in communicating with all levels within an organization.Effective skills in maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Effective skills in presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives, and information clearly and concisely.Effective skills exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Effective skill in analyzing and organizing problems or work processes for technical solutions.Bachelor's degree in information security, business, computer science, or other related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
Desired Qualifications
Advanced experience with Active Directory, IGA/IDM products, LDAP, User Provisioning, PowerShell, or similar scripting.Experience working with CyberArk or similar products.RACF experience on mainframe platform.Experience working in a large-scale IT environment.Knowledge of Navy Federal's services, products, and functions.Knowledge of Navy Federal business processes and applications.
Salary: Level I - $28.71 - $48.39 hourly | Level II - $33.03 - $55.68 hourly
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
