Responsible for the installation of Client's workstations and their related hardware, installing PC operation systems. Under the guidance of the Workplace Support Service (WSS) manager, collaborates with WSS staff to successfully complete related tasks. The task is also the scheduled execution of requests and tasks received through the customer's ticketing system.
Tasks:
Daily cooperation with the local WSS IT team,
Installation of user/worker PCs and hardware at designated workstations,
Installation of additional, necessary devices for the workstations (keyboard, head-set, etc.)
Adding user profiles to new devices,
Performing administrative tasks: keeping the Manhattan system database up-to-date (moves, transfers, etc.),
Management of requests received through the ticketing system,
Ensuring supervision in case of delivery, direct contact with subcontractors, representation of the local IT team,
Management of IT devices, participation in storage and inventory processes,
Completing the tasks assigned by WSS manager within the scope of work,
Responsible for condition of IT equipments,
Follows the company's H&S regulations,
Follows the processes and procedures, in particular the rules regarding access to IT warehouses,
Preparation of necessary reports,
Continuous search for opportunities to improve the quality of the service.

For the use of regular work clothes/protective clothing,
For the immediate reporting of perceived deficiencies, accidents and illnesses to the operations manager.
