GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Hershey's Ice Cream employees are responsible for ensuring superior guest service through maintaining a clean atmosphere and distributing ice cream, baked goods, lunch items, and coffee efficiently and correctly to provide a consistently enjoyable experience.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting guests, maintaining inventory, collecting payments, suggesting flavors, answering guest questions, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and maintaining the work area by cleaning (by both tidying and deep cleaning) and stocking. Following all procedure sheets at the end of your shift to ensure setting the following shift up for success. And any other tasks that the owners/manager request be completed.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
Must be willing to follow written and verbal instruction, communicate with all coworkers in a polite manner. Work efficiently, as well as accurately. Take accurate orders (we do this by repeating back to the customer what they ordered to verify that this is correct).
