JOB TITLE: Community Service Officer

　　MUSTS: Must pass a background check and drug screening. Must have a validColorado driver's license, and a good driving record. Must be at least 18years of age. Will be working in a vehicle, outdoors and in an office withnormal associated hazards.

　　SKILLS: Good verbal communication, people skills, attention to detail,and general computer skills.

　　DUTIES: This is a uniformed non-sworn position. General duties include;Ordinance and Code enforcement, including animal control, weeds,trash, and parking enforcement, issuing written notices of violations andsummons and complaints to offenders as required. Will perform related dutiesas assigned by the employer.

　　WAGES: $44,907-$47152 depending on qualifications. Paid twicemonthly.

　　BENEFITS: Retirement employer & employee contribution is 10.00% each,11.5 holidays per year, 2 personal days, 80 hours of sick leave, and 80hours of vacation leave per year. 　　DURATION: This is a permanent position.

　　SHIFT: This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Exact days andhours will be assigned by the employer.

　　JOB SITE: Alamosa, Colorado.
