The ICC Coordinator oversees the operations of a defined set of asset(s) against an agreed to operational plan. As operational needs deviate from the plans, the ICC Coordinator works with the appropriate operational organization and support groups to align on corrective actions necessary to minimize impact of deviations. This involves providing operational guidance, connecting subject matter experts and appropriate field resources, redirecting resources to support and engaging with support groups to identify alternate operational plans.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Engaging stakeholders to develop and communicate monthly and daily operational targets.
Continuously monitoring actual performance against those targets and driving/documenting the actions to address deviations.
Single point of contact between operations and support groups such as but not limited to commercial, marketing, FP&A and engineering.
Facilitator of daily, weekly and monthly meetings with operations leadership to drive operational excellence metrics and optimization efforts in the field.
Providing information and guidance based on a consolidation of data and a broad perceptive of day to day operational performance.
Coordinating/supporting responses to abnormal operating events and crisis events.
Tracking deviations to plans and respective causes of deviations.
Continually developing and/or improving operating procedures, processes and guidelines associated with ICC operations.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years related experience is required although employees typically have 10 - 15 years.
Strong understanding of gas plant and gas gathering operations.
Foundational knowledge of the gas gathering and processing business.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Effective interpersonal skills working with and influencing people with different backgrounds and job functions.
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Noise level is typically low. Frequently in a stationary, sitting position for prolonged periods of time. Regularly moves about inside the office to complete tasks, attend meetings or to access the copy machine or file cabinets. Periodically pulls/pushes doors open to move around the office. Occasionally may lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds.
Midstream
Phillips 66's Midstream business is a safe, reliable and trusted logistics provider for the movement and storage of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 22,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
