  As the Hyperscale Business Operations Manager , you will play a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of complex data center campus deliveries. You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing the operational framework for our data center strategy and development team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement processes and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness for delivering on the full project lifecycle. These complex projects will require strong program management, communications, customer orientation, analytical skills, and basic knowledge of data center construction, financing, and operations. This position will collaborate closely with teams and customers, both internally and externally. You will be a creative thinker, a self - starter, and a collaborative team player with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate thrives in situations with ambiguity and excels at creating structure and clarity in dynamic environments.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Process Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of innovative processes and standards that drive excellence in how the team and the company conduct business with customers.

  Workflow Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document efficient workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize resource allocation. Ensures all internal business operations are aligned with project and customer objectives.

  Project Management: Apply project management expertise to ensure successful execution of initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Manage project planning documentation, process mapping, meetings, communications, task resource availability management, change and risk management, project performance tracking, ensuring all team- managed projects are completed to ambitious standards of quality.

  Collaborative Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams work together to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine operational processes to adapt to changing market conditions and customer expectations.

  Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential operational risks that may impact customer satisfaction or business performance.

  Data Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  Strategic Prioritization : Applies company and industry program and project management best practices with agility, ensuring processes, standards, and governance plans are effective and align with the data center’s mission, culture, and strategic priorities.

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  Three or more years of experience in business operations, process improvement, and/or project management.

  Two or more years of experience building and leading integrated teams (business and technology) from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites.

  Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

  Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business operations.

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  Familiarity with data center design and construction.

  Familiarity with data center facilities operations and/or data center colocation services.

  Strong project management/process background.

  Three or more years of experience with a variety of project management methodologies (i.e., Waterfall and Agile) and proficiency in common project planning tools such as MS Project.

  Experience in transaction management, lease administration, real estate development, data center construction, or facilities operations.

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  Problem solving and analytical skills required to correctly frame and guide critical decisions to ensure delivery of successful projects.

  Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.

  Creative mindset with the ability to navigate and create structure in ambiguous situations.

  Ardent desire and self-motivated to learn and expand knowledge of technical and interpersonal skills.

  Excellent written and presentation communication skills with the capacity to articulate complex technical topics to varying customer audiences.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

  Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
