JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Summary:Fabricate high qualitydecorated signs out using water transfer processing to IPCspecifications in the Hydrographic division to ensure customersatisfaction. Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday;5:00am-1:00pm and Friday 4:00am-12:00pm **Successful hires for theHydrographics Operator 1st shift position will receive a \$1,000 sign onbonus after 60 days of employment!** Primary Duties: Run productionschedule. Identify films and parts for dipping. Full understanding ofthe Hydrographic dip tank. Full understanding of Wash out tankoperation. Full understanding of paint mixing, and spraying. Fullunderstanding of water transfer process. Full understanding of Macolaand inventory control. Process work orders as indicated. All other tasksas assigned Key Responsibilities: Produce a high quality product.Fabricate orders in date sequence. Maintain communications with allmanufacturing and office employees. Assist in training of new employees.Job Specifications: Basic math skills and the ability to understandmeasurements. Ability to distinguish colors. Ability to use power toolsand equipment. Some computer knowledge Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.High school diploma or equivalent. Job Relations: Reports directly toHydrographic Lead. Works with all manufacturing departments. Authority:Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safetycompliance. To support company policies and procedures. Reportnon-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management. Makedecisions on accept or reject according to quality specifications. Makelogical decisions based on experience and/or company policy.
