Hybrid - Customer Service Representative

　　satisfy the business needs of its clients . We are looking for entry level customer service representatives who can handle daily calls pertaining to mortgage questions and can give great customer service.

　　COMPETITIVE PAY AND WEEKLY PAY

　　This is NOT a fully remote position - Remote for the first 4 weeks of the training period

　　Weeks 5 through 8 will be FULLY in office for nesting and live calls.

　　After week 8, employee are eligible for the hybrid schedule

　　Monday-Friday schedule

　　Responsibilities:

　　This person will be responsible for handling 50-80 inbound calls.

　　Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.

　　The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.

　　Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required.

　　Skills/Qualifications:

　　REQUIRED TO HAVE:

　　At least 6 months to a year of CALL CENTER experience.

　　ONE YEAR of Customer Service experience or management experience

　　must be able to type at least 35 WPM

　　Great verbal, typing and written communication skills

　　NICE TO HAVE:

　　Insurance or Mortgage experience

　　Bilingual in Spanish (additional pay)
