About the Role:

As a Hybrid Customer Experience Associate, you will provide document review and data entry support to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration support.

As a Hybrid Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:

Entering information into our software from paper or electronic documents. Must key this information accurately as it affects the shareholders account and finances.

Will process time sensitive documents containing PII (personal identification information) including transfers of ownership of shares requests, address, and payment instruction change documents, while following SEC rules for document information requirements. Must meet the established deadlines for these documents.

Will receive and respond to phone calls from shareholders, clients, financial institutions, etc. regarding items such as investment holdings, dividend payments not received, tax forms, etc. May escalate issues to supervisor for further review.

Will receive and respond to emails from shareholders, clients, financial institutions, and provide requested information including adding attachments to email.

Requirements For This Role:

18 Years or older

High school diploma or GED

Must be eligible to work in the United States

5 plus years’ experience in an office environment

Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Have great computer skills and be able to learn our in-house software

Must be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background screening per SEC rules

Accurate keying skills for entering data into shareholders accounts

Excellent customer service and telephone skills talking with clients, financial institutions, shareholders, and others

Must be able to meet established deadlines for processing transfer requests documents
