　　Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components.Periodically review, clean, identify, and repair potential issues.Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment and spaces.Develop competency in understanding how each HVAC system relates to each building.Service, install, repair, and replace refrigeration systems.Start, stop, review, and/or change conditions of HVAC equipment or systems using the EMCS (Energy Management Control System).Collaborate with internal parties, external vendors, and manufacturers.Complete work orders and utilize an electronic time-keeping system daily.Train, mentor, and verify the work of others.[What you bring to the position (minimum qualifications):]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}

　　Associate's degree in HVAC/R, other related field of study, or equivalent experience

　　6+ months experience working with refrigeration equipment such as coolers, freezers, and DX HVAC equipment for either a residential and/or light duty commercial systems (education in lieu of work experience considered)

　　6+ months experience performing general HVAC maintenance and repair or demonstrated equivalent comprehension.
