　　Qualifications

　　An HVAC Welder/Pipefitter Foreman shall demonstrate the following competencies:

　　Ability to read and understand construction drawings

　　Ability to work overhead from ladders, man lifts, scaffold, etc.

　　Ability to measure and prep for fabrication in the field and from drawings

　　Ability to layout, install, test piping systems

　　Ability to make field modifications to pipe assemblies to fit unforeseen site conflicts

　　Ability to safely rig and set large / heavy equipment

　　Must possess and be proficient in the use of hand tools related to the trade

　　Must possess the ability to read and use a tape measure

　　Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

　　Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications and schedules.

　　Ensures all work documentation is fully and accurately completed.

　　Produce quality work in a timely manner.

　　Adhere to company safety standards and protocols.

　　Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace.

　　The following items are preferable; however, they are not required for consideration:

　　Ability to install refrigeration piping systems

　　Ability and willingness to install sheetmetal duct

　　Ability to terminate electrical wiring at various HVAC equipment

　　Knowledge of CHW / HW systems

　　Capable of effectively directing apprentices

　　Demonstrate skills in leadership, technical problem-solving, and communications which are vital to the success of this role

　　The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:

　　18 years of age or older

　　Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

　　5 years’ experience Commercial and Industrial HVAC installation is preferred

　　5 years’ experience as HVAC sheet metal mechanic is preferred

　　OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Have and maintain a professional image

　　Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Must be willing to travel overnight as required
