JOB REQUIREMENTS: About This Opportunity The Customer Service Technicianacts as a customer liaison and is responsible for promoting andmaintaining positive customer relations. The position will resolveproblems related to controls, programming, electrical, air replacementsystems, environmental equipment, mechanical, installation,manufacturing, product specifics, and other equipment needs. TheCustomer Service Technician II will examine the root cause to providesolutions by processing quality and warranty claims and handlingcustomer returns. What YouWill Do Resolve problems related to controls, programming, electrical,air replacement systems, environmental equipment, mechanical,installation, manufacturing, product specifics, and other equipmentneeds. May need to travel to the customer location to resolve.Thoroughly and efficiently gather and document product and customerinformation, access and fulfill customer needs, and educate the customerwhere applicable to prevent the need for future contacts. Document allinteractions through contact tracking. Follow up with customer to ensuresuccessful resolution and corrective action items are taken as needed.Evaluate, identify, and document opportunities to drive processimprovements to positively impact the customer\'s experience, and reducequality and warranty costs. Utilize ERP system to track orders and issuenecessary materials. On-call responsibility for customers as necessaryWhat You Have to Offer High school diploma or GED along with 2-3 yearsof related experience; or equivalent combination of education andexperience Knowledge of manufacturing controls, VFDs, heat, airconditioning, and programming.
