　　Michael A. Graves, 5th Circuit Public Defender , overseeing a five county circuit, is seeking entry level attorneys for our Hernando County office, located in Brooksville, and our Sumter County office located in Bushnell.

　　Salary range is from $64,000 to $68,000 with generous State of Florida benefits. Equal Opportunity Employer.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　To provide effective and professional representation of individuals charged with criminal offenses

　　Primarily handling defendants charged with misdemeanors and criminal traffic offenses

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Licensed member of the Florida Bar, in good standing

　　Willing to consider CLIs awaiting Florida Bar membership
