　　Job Posting: HVAC Superintendent

　　Position Description

　　As a HVAC Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:

　　Daily leadership of the site supervision and labor teams

　　Identify potential change orders

　　Manage Quality Control program

　　Conduct weekly safety meetings

　　Attend project job cost review meetings

　　Manage manpower needs, both Subs

　　Interpret piping and HVAC drawings for craft installation

　　Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions

　　Perform material take-offs, ordering tools, materials, and equipment in a timely fashion to maximize field productivity

　　Coordination of installation between trades and coordinate sub-contractor progress

　　Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards

　　Schedule equipment deliveries with GC and periodic inspections by governing authorities

　　Administer construction contract

　　Monitor labor reporting, job cost reviews and prepare time sheets, two-week look-a-heads, daily logs, and safety audits

　　Monitor project specific building information modeling, review shop drawings for accuracy and efficiency, set delivery schedules for the roll-out of shop drawings, and document any revisions to the same for as-built documents.

　　The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:

　　Ability to lead in a team environment

　　Excellent problem solving and risk management skills

　　Manage subcontractors

　　Communicate effectively with Project team and General Contractor

　　Proactively and aggressively manage the project schedule

　　Knowledge and commitment to a strong safety culture

　　Minimum 8 years verifiable experience as an HVAC and Piping Superintendent

　　At least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction (hotels, office buildings, hospitals, casinos, etc.)

　　Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office, iPad
