The Service Manager will supervise and/or train Residential and Light Commercial Technicians at various job sites in Greater Houston. The Field Service Manager will also address HVAC technical and system diagnostic and operation related performance issues on behalf of the Customer Service Department directly with customers at their residence or business. Duties may also include assisting Service Technicians over the phone and in the field perform HVAC service diagnostics, writing corporate service procedures, updating service pricing, assisting in obtaining service parts, and fulfillment and/or management of the service department parts inventory.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:
NATE or equivalent certifications in Air Conditioning, Gas Heating, Heat Pumps, & Air Distribution.
10-years' verifiable experience in Residential and/or Light Commercial HVAC Service for a licensed HVAC contractor.
Excellent Customer Communication Skills.
EPA certification and TDLR registration.
Team player.
