As a result of an increasing portfolio of projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HVAC Engineer / Designer to join our Czech Office delivering work across Europe.
You will be responsible for supporting the HVAC & mechanical design development for our projects and will report to a Senior Engineer who will provide you with support and guidance in the role. You will work within a multi-discipline team to deliver the mechanical design. You will be responsible for ensuring our designs meet the project requirements and our client’s expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing) systems design on time and within budgeted hours
Preparation of necessary calculations for the design
Quality control and quality assurance for design of mechanical systems
Delivering comprehensive projects in Polish and English
Cooperation with engineers and designers of other disciplines
Supporting other team members in their development
Participate in internal and external technical and professional activities
Traveling in business - alone or in a group
Work with the multi-disciplined engineering teams to provide HVAC support to the delivery of the overall project design
Proactively generate value adding options within projects to offer to clients to improve both the chance of winning work and satisfaction with completed and ongoing work

MSc degree in environmental or mechanical engineering
Experience in design and construction of industrial projects
Good skills of CAD software, at least one of the following: Autodesk (Revit MEP, AutoCAD) or/and Bentley (AECOsim, OpenPlant)
Knowledge of current design standards of the company and clients
Very good communication skills
Very good command of English at least B2 level
Skills in design of civil, fire protection or industrial systems (compressed air, vacuum, steam etc.) will be additional advantage
Personal skills: well organized, able to work as a design leader
Ability and willingness to travel in business, conducting meetings with a client
