　　Pay Range: $34.47 to $46.53 per hr. plus potential profit share.

　　Position Summary

　　You will be installing temperature and building automation control (BAS)systems on various customer jobsites. You will work within the LONG BuildingIntelligence (BI) Unit, which specializes in building automation andtemperature control solutions.

　　Responsibilities

　　Install controllers, field devices, electrical cable, conduit systems(EMT, GRC, PVC, etc.), copper tubing (with solder joints),and plastic tubing in a neat and workmanlike mannerStay familiar with installation materials and control devices; theirfunction, use, and proper mounting & installationWork independently and be able to coordinate job installation and completionwith onsite personnel, but also ask for guidance before starting anunfamiliar taskReport discrepancies between LONG drawings and mechanical/control equipmentonsiteAttend product training and information classes to maintain and enhancecontrols knowledgeAssist with job commissioning, start-up procedures, and owner training ifnecessaryRequired Qualifications

　　Colorado Journeyman Electrical LicenseHigh School diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of related temperature/building automation control fieldinstallation experienceRequired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

　　Ability to read wiring schematics, all types of blue prints, and DDC/BAScontrol drawingsKnowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to locate, layout, andinstall control devicesKnowledge of all applicable electrical and mechanical codesGood mathematical skillsOpen to working overtime, varied shift hours, and occasional travel as neededPreferred Qualifications & Experience

　　Installation experience with Schneider, Tridium, KMC, Johnson Controlsand other DDC/BAS controlsOSHA training or certificationCPR/First Aid CertificateWorking Conditions
