　　We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

　　This is what your day will look like:

　　Contact person for our employees, trainees, temporary staff and interns

　　Internal communication with all other departments

　　Preparation of onboarding and offboarding

　　Preparation of payroll accounting

　　Support in recruiting and the creation of social media content

　　Support in the organisation and planning of internal and external training courses

　　Planning and supervision of employee and trainee events and our wellbeing programme

　　What we want from you:

　　Successfully completed training in the hotel industry

　　First professional experience in the HR department, ideally in the service sector, is desirable

　　Very good written and spoken German and English skills

　　Very good communication skills

　　Very good knowledge of the common Office programmes

　　Organisational talent

　　Creativity in the area of employee events
