  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties This is a non bargaining unit position. Thisjob announcement will remain open for 5 business days. MajorDuties: Provides oversight of training/competency assessments within theorganization Ensures training/development is within legal compliance forall HR discipline areas Examines/develops methods to streamline HRprocesses Develops alternative training programs to addressprocess/performance inconsistencies Analyzes complex human resourcesdata Develops training materials in accordance with organizationaldirectives Promotes individual/organizational development throughtraining programs Conducts training needs assessments, Interpret federalstaffing laws for stakeholders Advises on complex HR issues and offerrecommendations for improvement Requirements Conditions of EmploymentYou must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this job.
