Roles and Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.
Drives HR Recruiting metrics and programs for NAM, including; Talent Acquisition relationship, recruiting strategies, branding, technical school relationships, new employee onboarding, AAP, Inclusion & Diversity and other compliance reporting.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
Acts as a resource for colleagues. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Works autonomously and as a part of the HR team, supporting process and clients within the functional practices and guidelines, and with subjectivity.
Uses judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Experience in recruiting and onboarding.
The salary range for this position is $105,800 - $176,400 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% variable incentive bonus.
