The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager, also referred to as Colleague Experience Manager, will have a high level of understanding in all areas of the Human Resources function and prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

The salary range for this position is $70,600 - $106,000. This is the pay range for this position that Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience or Leadership experience
History of successful facilitation
Experienced coaching professional
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, training and development, diversity, performance management, federal and state laws.
Highly self-structured, well-organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
Working model - This position does require the individual to be onsite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Professional in Human Resources (PHR)preferred
Fluent in Spanish
