GENERAL PURPOSE

　　Assists in the treatment of patients as directed by the Physical Therapist and participates as an active member of the outpatient services team. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.

　　Position: Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA

　　Hours: PRN, no weekends or evenings

　　Setting: AL/IL

　　Location: Located Supportive Living of Washington, Washington, IL

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Graduate from Physical Therapy Assistant program

　　Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice and/or nationally certified

　　Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health

　　Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as needed
