  Location: North Liberty, IA

  Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions as well as a critical role in administrating benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams at multiple locations to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our Associates while contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Human Resources Management:

  Oversee day-to-day HR functions of Human Resources Generalists & Coordinators including time keeping, pay maintenance, and FMLA administration.

  Mentor and manage performance of HR Generalists and Coordinators both onsite, and at other locations.

  Maintain effective communication regarding HR policies and standards.

  Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  Benefits Administration:

  Plan, coordinate, and implement benefits enrollment, communication, and education for Associates.

  Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure competitive and compliant benefits offerings.

  Manage relationships with benefits vendors to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

  Performance Management:

  Assist in the hiring and development process of the human resources department.

  Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

  Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  HR certification is preferrable (SHRM, PHR)

  Work history in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  Proven experience as an HR Manager, with multiple direct reports.

  A strong understanding of benefits administration.

  In-depth knowledge of benefits laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel

  Familiar with Adobe products.
