JOB LOCATION:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Support Olefin Process Group for Engineering of SCORE and associated KBR petrochemical technologies and preparation of KBR licensed BED Package deliverables.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Candidates should have relevant experience including front-end process design of Basic Engineering Design packages for Petrochemicals technologies primarily associated within a steam cracker complex.
Should have exposure to simulations & optimization tools (Aspen Plus/Aspen HYSYS/Pro II), Heat & Material Balance preparation, Development of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, perform equipment sizing and preparation of process datasheets.
Should be able to perform process control scheme development, Exposure to HTRI/HTFS software, preparation of instrument process data sheet/summaries, Relief load calculation and System design, Safety Valve process specification and sizing, Exposure to DPDT Diagrams, PMS, MSDs, etc.
Shares work with KBR partner offices.
Maintains a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all governmental Regulations and corporate safety guidelines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B.E. Or B. Tech in Chemical Engineering with first class.
3 – 5 years of process engineering experience in various greenfield, brownfield, revamp projects in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Or Refinery industry.
Experience in Operations/Tech Services/FEED/Detailed Engineering design associated with a steam cracker complex is a plus.
In addition to having good working knowledge to use standard process engineering tools and Simulation software, candidate shall be competent to use IT tools such as MS Office suite, Outlook, Teams and other web meeting tools.
Should be conversant with engineering work processes and relevant quality Audits. Should possess effective technical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality output with accuracy within schedule.

Excellent time management skills
Depending on the requirement, the incumbent may have 10-20% of Travel.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Support the Petrochemical PSL and Olefin team in Process engineering execution, from KBR Gurgaon Office and coordinating with other KBR Offices, as and when required.
