  Position Overview:

  We are looking for an initiative-taking and results-ordinated individual to collaborate with our customers and learning institutions to develop the next-generation workforce for Siemens EDA. You will play a crucial role in building offerings, engaging, and partnering with learning institutions to drive a broader and deeper experience skill set with Siemens EDA tools.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following activities:

  Leads and drives the implementation of academic and workforce development strategy for Siemens EDA.

  Partners with Siemens EDA customers to understand the needs for current and future workforce skill set.

  Develops, measures, and reports academic engagement KPIs by thorough examination and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

  Plans and manages projects related to provisioning, enabling, and continuously improving access to Siemen’s EDA technology in the education space. Drives academic content strategy, development, and production for multiple channels of communication.

  Coordinates with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including business executives, technical experts, faculty, and senior academic administrators to ensure a friction free experience with the global academic program.

  Supports strategic segment academic planning and evaluates strategic options of relevant units.

  Conducts strategic analysis on a range of topics (i.e., Market and competitors' analyses).

  Streamlines and scales processes to enhance student and educator user experience and adoption.

  Evaluates messaging, marketing, operational, and collaboration requirements, and markets strategic recommendations to improve user experience and speed adoption among education personas (students/educators).

  Job Qualifications

  Proactive project manager with excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  Experience in academic and/or workforce development role or setting and strong passion for education, innovation, and empowering learners.

  Demonstrated understanding of Electronic Design Flow (preferably Siemens EDA tools); minimum eight years of work experience within EDA industry preferred.

  Ability to operate with minimal supervision.

  Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  Master’s degree preferred

  Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  Role will be hybrid with some flexibility in location.

  Will support discussions in various time zones, so virtual meetings outside of home time zone will be necessary.

  The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
