　　As an Intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements.

You will have mid-term and end-of-term review sessions which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as development areas. 　　During this 6-month internship, your projects will mostly be connected to designing & deploying best HR practices for P&G commercial functions.

　　Some responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:

　　Developing & implementing best approaches to organizing the internship program in Sales

　　Contributing to specific HR policy changes, designing the communication campaign to deploy the key changes & leading the deployment

　　Leading partnership with the external agency providing relocation services to ensure the changes in internal policies are translated & implemented in the exact designed way

　　Job Qualifications

　　The job requires you to be based in Russia and attend the Moscow office at least a few days per week

　　Final-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation) with a higher education diploma

　　Strong communication and analytical skills

　　Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

　　Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
